Fitness in the Parks: Yoga at Outer Harbor Buffalo

Weβve got the perfect way to stay active this summer! Join us and YMC Buffalo Niagara at Outer Harbor Buffalo on Thursdays at 6 p.m. for Yoga during #FitnessintheParks. Take a breath of relaxation and enjoy gentle, effective postures that promote stretching, strengthening and peace of mind. Benefits include increased blood circulation, improved mental awareness, strengthened muscles and reduced stress.
Class takes place along the water, just south of Wilkeson Pointe. Please note, participants should bring their own water bottles and mats. No other equipment is required.
