It has been years since The Children of Khuru were knocked off their pedestal, the super-portal collapsed, and the galactic nexus was captured by the New Insurrection. Now, rebel teams are able to slip through the gaps in reality to win quick and decisive victories, altering the very state of the galaxy to their whim. The syndicates muster their forces again, prepare to enter the
nexus, and fight the Insurrection across multiple fronts galaxy-wide. Seeking to control the nexus for themselves, or collapse it permanently, can they succeed... or survive?
The Hostile Expanse is a casual all-day event taking place at Bristol Independent Gaming. There will be a total of four
games of Grimdark Future played, each one with a different narrative themed scenario. In addition to this, each table will be themed to a particular biome or environment, and will have a special rule/modifier that may be present during the game.
