Star Trac Jamboree

All those interested in the Star Trac Circuit, we'll celebrate your new skills and benefits with a special July 4th event. The challenge will be to use all six machines with the weight of your choosing to press or pull for 40 seconds. Participants will enter their results in a raffle at the end of the activity. Prizes include Assisted Stretch sessions, tuition for a Small Group Session, T-shirts, and gift cards.

The sign-up sheet will be posted on Monday, June 30th. All members welcome.
