Stand up paddleboard yoga is a fun and beautiful way to practice yoga, grow community and balance and flexibility. Every class is designed for most levels and very beginner friendly. All equipment is provided. Class is taught by an experienced and certified instructor who will make sure everyone is comfortable and work together throughout class. We will have a quick introduction to paddling followed by a short paddle out to our floating platform where we will dock our boards and enjoy a serene one hour yoga class on the water. After class we will take some time to get pictures and play with fun poses! Single class passes are subject to availability based upon sup club member participation.
