Gain essential insights into teamwork, workplace culture, personal branding, communication, and professional relationship-building skills. This series of workshops is tailored to empower residents throughout Bernalillo County for success in the job market and beyond.
Led by BernCo Human Resources, this initiative, called the Foundational Learning Alliance for Maintaining Employment (FLAME), aims to offer professional development and employment training to help individuals establish or rebuild their careers.
After finishing the 20-hour workshop, participants gain access to exciting opportunities through the countyโs FLAME job rotation program.
