Since 1892, Music in the Parks has provided residents and families opportunities to gather and enjoy local music throughout the summer. Since its inception thousands of free concerts have taken place. Concerts are weekly and vary from classic rock, hip hop, international, funk and many more genres of music.
This week at Water Works we are hosting The Strum Brothers, a ukelele-powered family fun band. Aside from the ukuleles and harmonies, The Strum Brothers are known for their skill at kazoo and mouth-trumpet. The Strum Brothers will play (and sing) anything from Tin Pan Alley to classic country to Brittney Spears - all on a small army of ukuleles. Bring your requests! For cancellations due to weather please check our Facebook or Instagram pages for updates.
