Music in the Parks: Minnesota Pipes and Drums

Since 1892, Music in the Parks has provided residents and families opportunities to gather and enjoy local music throughout the summer. Since its inception thousands of free concerts have taken place. Concerts are weekly and vary from classic rock, hip hop, international, funk and many more genres of music.

This week at the Lake Harriet Bandshell we are hosting Minnesota Pipes and Drums, a traditional Scottish Highland group. Since 1962, Minnesota Pipes and Drums has been playing locally and competing nationally to bring traditional Scottish Highlands music and culture to the people.
