🎶💫 Step into a meditative journey where sound and silence invite you to slow down, listen within, and reconnect with your inner flow.

This session blends the deep tones of Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, the resonance of the harmonium, and intuitive sound to create a space of calm and reflection.

Rooted in the intention to honour wisdom, creativity, and inner clarity, this experience draws inspiration from Saraswati, the Hindu Goddess of sound, intuition, and inner knowing.

You’re welcome to bring a notebook or journal, as moments of stillness often awaken insight or inspiration.

🧘‍♀️ Innie is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher from Portugal who answered the call to Bali in search of self-discovery. There, she eventually found a sense of home and purpose. She completed her first Yoga Teacher Training in Bali at the Yoga of Emotions School. Since then, her journey has expanded, leading her to explore deeper realms of healing and mindfulness.
