Sourdough Workshop on August 9th

This will be a hands on class where you will learn to make a classic round loaf of sourdough from start to finish! You will go home with a healthy, organic starter and an organic loaf of dough to bake.
The class will be held in the Community Room at Raccoon Valley Bank in Dallas Center. Please be sure to use the back parking lot and door further to the right only! The front entrance to the bank will be locked.

If you do not have one of these accounts, a PayPal invoice can be emailed to you (no account required).
Please be sure you have a Dutch oven at home to bake your bread afterwards. I also highly encourage that you have a digital kitchen scale for successful baking in the future. You will only need to bring a large mixing bowl and clean kitchen towel to class. The rest of the supplies will be provided.
