A Moment's peace:
Saturday 9th of August 2025. 10 am to 5 pm
Day Workshop and Concert:
Workshop Cost $200 (Includes all activities, Lunch and Afternoon tea and the Afternoon harp Concert
Activities include:
Deeply relaxing live harp music
Music and mindfulness
Creative activities to to wash away any stress or anxiety
Music and Mindful Writing
Music and Mindful Drawing
Music and movement
A chance to learn recovery-based tools with holistic approaches in a safe and caring group environment
Lunch and afternoon tea provided
Concluding in a Saturday afternoon harp concert.
Harpist and composer, Michael Johnson OAM will be hosting an uplifting day of creative and mindful activities. Participants will be using music to aid mindfulness meditation, inspiring feelings of peace, calm and a deep sense of well-being. All activities will be held in the beautiful country setting of Dromkeen Homestead with Michael’s gentle harp music. There will be opportunity to experience all facets of how uplifting music and creativity can soothe the mind.

The Day will be concluding with a Saturday afternoon concert.
