Did you know that only 5% of new parents (and their babies) are getting the recommended amount of sleep each night and this continues on average for the first four to six years?

But it doesn't have to be that way.

On 19th July we are hosting our next Sleep Foundations Workshop where you can learn how to lay gentle foundations for sleep in the first 10 weeks of your baby's life.

In the workshop we will be covering:

• Parent & baby sleep health

• What ‘good’ sleep looks like

• Sleep science

• Separating night & day

• Gentle self-soothing strategies

• Wake windows and feeding

• Naptime routines

• Bedtime routines

• Night feeding

• Avoiding common problems

• Helpful hints & tips

• Schedules to work towards

• Introduction to Sleep Club
