Fitness in the Parks: Strength & Movement at Lucille Ball Memorial Park (Celoron Park)

We’ve got the perfect way to stay active this summer! Join us and YMCA of Jamestown New York at Lucille Ball Memorial Park (Celoron Park) on Wednesdays at 11 a.m. for Strength & Movement during #FitnessintheParks. Get a little bit of everything in this “15/30/15” class – a 15-minute warm-up followed by 30 minutes of bodyweight strength and movement (targeting areas like glutes, abs, and core, which is great for lower back health) and a 15-minute cool-down.

Class takes place near the bandshell. Please note, participants should bring their own water bottles and mats. No other equipment is required.

Our 14th season of #FitnessintheParks features free outdoor fitness classes offered by us and our friends at YMCA of Jamestown New York to encourage physical activity and healthy lifestyles! Taught by certified YMCA instructors, our fitness classes are great for all ages and skill levels. No sign-up or registration is required – just show up. We’re looking forward to seeing you!
