This soothing, yet energetic practice integrates connection to the breath. This first portion of our practice invites active movement through a vinyasa flow. The latter half of the class is designed to be passive and transformative as we hold yin and restorative style poses to increase mental flexibility and inner strength. This class combines yin and yang styles of movement, cultivating a beautiful blend of mind/body attentiveness.
