Join us for a dynamic and intentional Vinyasa yoga practice, where movement and breath unite to create a fluid, mindful experience.
✨ Vinyasa means "to place in a specific way." In this 60-minute guided journey, you’ll explore yoga postures, then move through sequences led by the rhythm of your breath.
✨ Whether you're new to Vinyasa or an experienced practitioner, you’ll find space to move at your own pace and modify as needed.
✨ This class is designed to build awareness, strength, and fluidity, offering a moving meditation that meets you where you are.

About Ferris
Ferris is a certified ShambhavAnanda Yoga® Instructor, Meditation Guide, and Wellness Consultant with deep experience in Ayurveda & Herbalism. She brings over a decade of study in yoga, meditation, and mindful movement, curating a toolkit that supports transformation on and off the mat.
She is passionate about guiding others through embodied movement and breathwork as a means of self-discovery and alignment.
