Water Aerobics – Aqua Class
Dive into our Aqua Power class to enhance strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness. This low-impact workout is easy on the joints and suitable for all ages and fitness levels. It combines flexibility moves and resistance training, using tools like buoyant weights, kickboards, and noodles for a fun experience. Modifications are provided to match participants' abilities, ensuring a judgment-free zone for everyone.
Evening Session: Led by Lacey Neal
Time: 5:45 pm - 6:45 pm
Dates: Every Monday & Wednesday June 3rd – July 31st
