Come and join me Nicola Burrell for a one off outdoor Pilates for riders session.
This will be a fun and inclusive hour long pilates session followed by refreshments and chat.
Movement will be functional for riders, focussing on balance, coordination, core strength and posture.
If you are new to pilates it will offer you a good taster of the types of movement we work on in our weekly class.
