July Nutrition Challenge & Accountability

With all the fresh produce available July really is the best time to make some nutritional changes. I invite you to join me and commit to diving into your own nutrition throughout the month.

This is NOT a meal plan. This is NOT a list of things you must give up. This is NOT about depriving your body to lose weight.
This is NOT a “you must commit to X Y and Z” to sign up. Yes you can still have your 4th of July treats and drinks.

But let’s start making your food work with you instead of against you.

Thus is a chance to learn how to add more protein to your day, how to get in more water, how to kick the sugar addiction, what to replace all those tasty sugary alcoholic drinks with and so much more.

What you get:

A private group where I will share daily nutritional tips or recipes.

You will be asked to record everything you eat for 3 days. Monday June 30, July 1 and July 2 I will ask you to write down every single thing you put in your mouth!
After we know what you are doing we can make suggestions of what you could change. Then, we will spend the remainder of July working on those changes.

So are you up for some learning and the possibility of changing your nutrition once and for all??
