What's lurking in the lake? Margot and Evie are best friends. When they hear a legendary sea monster is hiding in the depths of their camp waters, they are determined to uncover its secrets. For fans of Gravity Falls and The Babysitters Club Mysteries, this heartfelt campfire jamboree explores the relationship between girlhood and eco-anxiety.

Ragamuffin Productions returns with this award-winning production, having won both Best of the Fest and Patron’s Pick at the 2024 Vancouver Fringe Festival.

Camp Goneaway is a show for all ages, including young audiences such as youth and teenagers.
This theatre show and its workshops are being hosted on the unceded, asserted & shared traditional territories of Penelakut, Lamalcha, Hwlitsum and other Hul’qumi’num and SENĆOŦEN speaking peoples, Coast Salish Peoples of Galiano, as well as the ceded territories of Tsawwassen First Nation, on what is now known as Galiano Island.
Supported by CRD Arts & Culture, Galiano Parks and Recreation Commission, BC Arts Council and the Province of British Columbia.
