Tai Chi is a low-impact exercise ideal for older adults. Over time, regular practice can improve strength, flexibility, and balance, while reducing the effects of arthritis and other common conditions. The calming, focused movements also help reduce stress and support cognitive health.

Free and open to the public. Space is limited.
