Grab your gear, some festive clothing and accessories and come down for a great evening of cardio drumming! Don't have the equipment? There will be some available. Want to make the plunge into cardio drumming? You might have some of what you need! Exercise ball, a short container to hold it and some drum sticks. Links will be in the event information.
