Cookbook Club Meeting for July: Jamaican Recipes!

Chefs, join us at the East Haven Senior Center on 91 Taylor Avenue on Friday, July 11th from 3 - 5pm to share samples of traditional Jamaican recipes! From oxtails to Jamaican patties to ackee and saltfish, Jamaica offers a rich culinary tradition from which chefs may draw inspiration.
