Yoga for All: Yoga for All: Breathe, Stretch, Restore

Take a break, slow down, and reconnect with yourself. Yoga for All is a gentle, inclusive class designed to help you release tension, calm your mind, and build a sense of balance—both physically and emotionally.

Led by a welcoming certified instructor, this session will guide you through simple movements and mindful breathing techniques. No prior experience is needed, and all bodies and abilities are welcome.

Chairs will be provided for those who prefer or need seated support. Please bring your own yoga mat and any props you wish to use.

Whether you're new to yoga or just need a moment to reset, join us for a peaceful hour of movement, breath, and restoration.
