This class is open to all levels and offers a serene, grounded approach to cultivating energy, beauty, and vitality. Whether you’re seeking relief from joint tension, emotional balance, or a natural glow, this Qigong experience is a nurturing reset for body and spirit.

In our next practice, we will focus on three key areas of vitality:

1. Supporting the Joints with Qigong
Gentle, flowing Qigong movements are designed to open and lubricate the joints, encouraging smooth circulation of Qi and synovial fluid. These practices will nourish our connective tissues, help ease stiffness, and support mobility without strain. Through mindful movement and breath, we will release tension stored in the body, creating space in the joints and cultivating long-term resilience and ease.

2. The Qi Facial: Energetic Beauty from Within
Our "Qi Facial" practice will combine light tapping, acupressure, and energy brushing to awaken the face’s natural radiance. This gentle practice increases circulation, supports lymphatic drainage, and stimulates collagen production—all while clearing emotional tension held in the jaw, eyes, and forehead. As Qi flows freely through the facial meridians, the face softens, brightens, and reflects our inner harmony.

3. Qigong for the Heart & Heart Meridian
In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), the heart is the primary organ associated with summer, which is also linked to the Fire element and the emotion of joy. This association emphasizes the importance of nourishing the heart during summer to maintain overall health and well-being.

The Heart is also the home of Shen—our "mind"; "spirit"; or "consciousness." It's considered the governor of all physical and mental activities, including our ability to feel, think, and respond to the world. Through chest-opening postures, breathwork, and gentle arm movements, we invite healing into the heart space. These practices help us to regulate Heart Fire, calm the mind, and clear emotional stagnation. By nourishing the Heart meridian, we deepen our sense of connection, peace, emotional balance, and aid ourselves in cultivating sound sleep.

Important Details: BRING A YOGA MAT if you have one please! Also, please wear comfortable clothing for movement and bring a water bottle (optional). No previous experience is required, and movements can be modified for the individual participant.
