-Cardio drumming is a 45-minute full-body cardio workout utilizing a 17-gallon bucket with rope handles, 65 mm yoga ball, and drumsticks. Instructors lead the class doing movements, which involve striking the ball and bucket with the sticks to upbeat music.
-Classes are for all fitness levels, ages, and abilities as instructors offer modifications for various moves.
-Cardio drumming raises your heart rate and can improve your coordination and ability to focus while strengthening muscle groups like your arms and core.
-We invite our regular drummers to join us this summer. The more On The Road classes you attend, the better chance to win an end of summer prize!
