Think Ability Community Garden’s Annual Ladybug Release is set to take place on Friday, June 27, 2025. Games and activities begin at 6:00 PM with the release of 40,000 ladybugs beginning at 7:00 PM. Hosted by the Think Ability Community Garden at 2109 West Beech, this event brings together the community for this can’t miss event.
We invite children to bring two rocks: one to paint and take home and one to paint and leave in the Garden to come back and visit. Attendees can look forward to outdoor games, children’s hands-on activities, food vendors, prize drawings, and their assistance in releasing 40,000 ladybugs.
Each year, hundreds gather for this highly anticipated event. The Ladybugs benefit the Community Garden and expand their gifts to gardens for a square mile around it. The Ladybug Release is a free event open to all ages and is perfect for families.
Think Ability and the Community Garden support people with developmental disabilities by creating opportunities for success through residential and vocational programs. For more information, visit ThinkAbilityFirst.com.
