SUP Yoga (Stand Up Paddleboard)

Relax and reenergize with evening yoga out on the bay! Experienced yoga instructors will lead the group on a short paddleboard journey, anchor, and take participants through a 45-minute yoga practice out on the bay, before paddling back to Onset Beach to finish the program!

Participants should be able to confidently paddle on paddleboards, considering the weather and wind forecast for the evening. Participants of all yoga levels are welcome!

In case of high winds, participants will land on either Wickets Island or Burgess Point, and enjoy their yoga lesson on some of Onset's most secluded shores, rather than out on the water.
