Summer's heating up ... and so is our beer game! No Time for Sippin’ (6.5% ABV), our bold and balanced American IPA, is landing at the Off-Centered EmPOURium in 4-packs to go and will also be available on tap at Brewings & Eats on Monday, June 30.
When Covered in Nuggs made its national debut, Jake (our Head Brewer in Rehoboth) wanted to make another unfiltered American IPA just for Rehoboth, while also surprising Bryan, Dogfish Head’s R&D Brewing Manager. This beer is a nod to the creative spirit of our brewing team - and to Bryan, whose ska band’s 1995 album inspired the name! So we added a touch of wheat, changed up the hops, and ended up with a crisp, citrusy twist on a classic. As Jake put it, “Bryan may not be here all the time, but he is here in spirit through best practices and beer name ideas.”
Brewed for those who know good beers don’t stick around long, this one finishes so smooth you might forget to savor it. But hey, as the name says… there’s No Time for Sippin’. Grab yours before it disappears!
