Yoga Class - Hatha Yoga

Park Entrance Fee of $6 not included. Otherwise, free yoga class to help a new yogi get her teaching wings. Hatha Yoga class focused on longer pose holds and breathing technique. Hour-long class being phone/video recorded (focus on teacher, but wide a view of the class from the back) for class submission. Meeting location is shelter 3 at Paris Mountain State Park. Bring mat, water to drink, and any props you would like to use. Depending of group preference and dew, may practice on the grass.
