Brahms' Liebeslieder

Colla Voce Concerts and First Fridays present: Brahms' "Liebeslieder". Four singers and two pianists showcase the diverse range of emotions depicted in the Op. 52 and Op. 65 "love songs" by Johannes Brahms. Sung entirely in German with piano duo accompaniment, a group of talented local musicians brings liveliness and lyricism to these lighthearted works originally intended for social entertainment in an intimate setting. Featuring soprano Saira Frank, mezzo-soprano Kristen DiNinno Bate, tenor Tomás Dominguez, bass Thomas Weis, and pianists Joseph Hauer and Maggie Rebers.
