Every MONDAY @ 9:30am a pre-recorded chair fitness session will be shown at the library through the end of June with Instructor Bree Rudy. Unfortunately, there will not be an in-person instructor. You may also view the recorded session posted on our youtube channel.Bring your own light weights, if desired. All levels of expertise are welcome. Wear comfortable clothes and sturdy sneakers. Bring water and a smile!
