This Kundalini Workshop is a powerful opportunity to activate the gifts and potential of the Throat Chakra. As we travel together through this vibrational realm we will discover and release our fears of communicating and embodying our truth. We will anchor a new template for the expression of our Highest Self and Truth to easily flow into our lives and relationships. We will be diving deep into Kundalini Practice, Shamanic Journey, Sound Healing, Mantra and Deep Sharing.
Please bring a journal and pen to write down some of your experiences.
Beginners are welcome!
Adriane Wolf has been teaching Kundalini Yoga for over 25 years. She was ordained as an Interfaith Minister from The New Seminary for Interfaith Studies in NYC in 2007. In addition to teaching she offers Spiritual Counseling and is a Psych-K practitioner. Adriane weaves her heart connection of the spiritual path with Shamanism, Tantra and Energy Psychology. She has facilitated Kundalini Intensive Retreats in Texas, Colorado, North Carolina, Costa Rica and Guatemala.
