Summer Pickling and Canning

Join us for this hands on class to learn about the basics of Canning, pickling, and jams. Produce and recipes will feature the best of summer vegetables and fruits which may include- berries, stonefruit, green beans, tomatoes, onions, carrots, beets, sweetcorn *based on availability

Instruction includes:
quick refrigerator pickles
canning fruit jam
canning pickles and vegetables
Class will use Vegetables in season on the farm.

* Class must have 4 participants otherwise may be canceled.

We will do our best to accommodate food allergies, but we cannot change class menus or guarantee that those with diet restrictions will be able to eat everything made during class. Cancellation Policy?
All classes have a 48 Hour cancellation policy, You must email aW5mbyB8IHJvc2V3ZmFybSAhIGNvbQ== to cancel an existing reservation. If you cancel within 48 hours, you are responsible for paying for the class.
