Backpack Event Planning Meeting

Anyone who is participating in the Backpack Bash should attend this meeting in the Gathering Place to go over an itinerary for the event as well as clarification of roles and responsibilities for the day. If you are asked to lead a particular portion of the day it will be vital to the success of the event that you attend.
