Join this FREE outdoor fitness class at Lake Wilderness Park Amphitheater as part of National Parks and Recreation Month this July!
Get your muscles burning, your heart pumping, and gain gratitude for what your body is capable of. This is a 55-minute, full-body, no-impact workout that is adaptable to any level. Build strength, mobility, and body awareness. Bring a yoga mat and light weights if you have them. You may choose to participate with bare feet or gym shoes.
