Kidney Smart Class is a chronic kidney disease (CKD) education program designed to help patients better understand and manage their kidney health. Since its launch in June 2012, Kidney Smart has provided no-cost CKD classes to tens of thousands of patients nationwide, fostering healthier and more prepared kidney patients. No sign-ups required.
