Come join us at Làmhan on four consecutive Sunday afternoons for a fun-filled sewing session with your little ones. No experience needed, just bring your creativity and enthusiasm!
Our cozy venue provides the perfect setting for parents and children to bond over sewing projects. You will learn a new skill and spend quality time together without any technology or pressure, just some fabric, thread and a needle.
Sunday 29th June, 2.00pm - 4.00pm
Introduction to sewing: We will be learning/practising simple sewing stitches in an embroidery hoop using embroidery thread and embroidery needle. The goal is to leave with a completed sampler of stitches.
Our environmental commitment: We will be using pre-consumer textile waste (cotton from a local manufacturer of Scout scarves) and embroidery threads from Remake charity in Crieff. The only 'new' items will be the embroidery hoop and needle (and scissors)!
