Tai Chi can help with balance, arthritis pain, bone density, blood pressure, blood sugar, flexibility, strength, weight loss and more.

A new session at Severna Park Community Center will begin on July 2. Register for the session at http://bit.ly/TCSPCC
(A missed class can be made up in person at our Arnold location).

New students can come to a class and try it out. If you decide to continue, you can pay for the session. If not, there is no fee for the first class.

Jing Ying students can attend the Wednesday class as part of their membership but should schedule each SPCC class just like they do with other classes.
