Remembrance Ceremony honoring 15-year-old Howard Cooper, who was the victim of a racial terror lynching in Towson on this date in 1885, 250 years ago. Also dedication of the newly named Truth & Community Remembrance Park.

Parking in the Baltimore Avenue garage is close by: $2 for the first hour on Sunday and $1 additional hour. Metered street parking is also available. Seating will be provided and refreshments will be available after the program.
