🌟 Deep Stretch at Burn Boot Camp 🌟

Join us for Deep Stretch, led by Mary Anne Tillotson from Belmont Yoga! Mary Anne is a certified yoga instructor with a deep understanding of Burn workouts and how to tailor stretches to help you recover, restore, and feel your best.

For the beginning of the year we will off Deep Stretch:
3rd Saturday of every month at 10:30 AM (Childwatch available)
4th Saturday of every month at 6:30 AM (No Childwatch)

At no additional cost to your membership, this class is designed to complement our workouts by focusing on improving flexibility, reducing muscle soreness, and enhancing recoveryβ€”so you can keep crushing camp feeling strong and mobile.
