In this intimate, reflective workshop, ancestral lineage healing practitioner Michelle Ayn Tessensohn will guide you through a process of ancestral reconnection so you can explore your roots and where you came from.
Through reflection, journalling, and storytelling, you will:
* Participate in a grounding ritual to call in ancestral connection
* Consider the ancestral legacies woven into your life
* Reflect on inherited wounds, strengths and gifts
* Journal about ancestral narratives
* Experience a supportive space held with care and reverence

Michelle Ayn Tessensohn is a healer, guide and contributing author to Ancestral Wisdom: Sacred Stories of Contact, Healing, and Care, a practitioner and mentor in the Ancestral Medicine network, who brings deep reverence for the unseen, holding space for transformative encounters with the wisdom of the ancestors. She invites a return to belonging—within ourselves, our lineages, and the more-than-human world. She speaks with clarity, compassion, and a deep commitment to healing across time.
