In-Person & Online Workshop: Introduction to Buddhism, with Colinda Linde

Everyone is looking for happiness all the time and wants to be free from problems and suffering permanently. We can fulfill these wishes through understanding and practicing the wisdom contained in Buddha’s teachings.
This course will explain the essential elements of the Modern Kadampa Buddhist way of life and how anyone, whether religious or not, can free themselves from unhappiness, find true peace of mind, and live their life with more meaning, compassion, and wisdom.

About the Teacher:
Colinda Linde is an experienced teacher who is studying on the Teacher Training Program. She shows a wonderful example, combining a busy professional and family life as a modern-day Buddhist practitioner.
