The Te Awamutu Library has teamed up with the Te Awamutu Museum to put together an awesome expo for you after school!
Have a go on a 192 year old printing press which was made before plastic, the electric motor or the light bulb had been invented. Itβs even older than Morse code!
You will set up and make your own unique print that you can take home.
After that, you can make your own zine (handmade magazine) at our zine workshop, or try out one of the other creative activities we have available.
No registration required, just join in and have a go! We will have drop-in sessions running throughout the afternoon, see you there!
Suitable for all ages, children under 14 years old must be supervised by an adult.
