Kundalini Yoga Classes
$108 for 4 week series

A dynamic practice, with movement, stillness, sounds from the gong, mediation, chanting, pranayam (breath work).

Suitable for beginners, with modifications given.

Ideal for those concerned about their current level or fitness or flexibility - Kundalini yoga focusses on energising the body, rather than achievement through posture. There are frequent moments of stillness/rest between exercises.

A deep practice to hone your inner observation, become aware of your field, strengthen your body + go beyond your mind.

What to bring?

- a mat and blanket is essential
- a meditation cushion is a great addition
- a water bottle can be a good shout.

What to wear?

- something comfy that you can move in, and maybe an extra layer such as a shawl/blanket/top so you will be comfortable sitting in meditation and savasana (lying down posture, where your body temperature naturally drops).
