Chair exercises πŸͺ‘
are gentle classes, tailored to people's needs. I offer mix of Yoga (exercise practise from India) and Otago (strengthening and balance programme from New Zealand).

During those sessions you will have a chance to practice mudras πŸ‘ (hand positions), asanas 🀸 (stretches and strengtheners), relaxation πŸ’€, pranayama 🌬️ (breathing techniques), balance exercises 🚢and use the ankle weights 🦡πŸ₯³.

I always offer modification and alternative when I see it's required πŸ’.
Those sessions are done in seated position, with my guidance and close supervision πŸ‘€. However, for those more able there is also a standing version of exercises.

It could be challenging at times πŸ’ͺ, but very rewarding afterwards☺️.

Those classes are for you if you would like to:

*increase your strength, mobility and stamina 🦡πŸ’ͺ
*change the quality of your life ✨

This class takes place in Cowdenhill Community Centre (32 Bridgeness Rd, EH51 9NZ) at 6.00p.m.

Classes are also available at different locations across Falkirk, Bo'ness and Bonnybridge.
