An introduction to 'Feel Good' Qi Yoga with Julia Law

A five week introduction to Yoga and Mindfulness from 10am -11.30am every Thursday in July.
Classes are open to all ages and genders but are particularly suited to the over 50's, beginners, returners and those who prefer a calmer, kinda yoga.
Join me as l take you step by step through a fusion of traditional Hatha Yoga poses and graceful Qi Gong type movements designed to release stress and tension whilst building resilience and strength. Breathwork is an integral part of the practice which will help you to cultivate greater self awareness and find peace and stillness within yourself. Classes are welcomig and friendly and regardless of your starting point aim to help you 'Feel good' physically, emotionally and mentally.
