Join Scuba Blue on Friday 5th September for a day's diving from West Bay on Waverider: Wreck Of The St Dunstan plus second dive.
We dived this steam powered Bucket Dredger last year and it was a fabulous dive. Used as a minesweeper during World War 1, she sank in 30m of water after she hit one of the mines she was supposed to be sweeping!! Huge boilers and the dredge system complete with buckets are fascinating to explore, as well as enormous shoals of fish including some HUGE Pollack. How many people can say they have dived a first world war, minesweeping dredger?🤣🤣
2nd Dive will again be one of the stunning reef systems in the area.
Suitable for AOW + Nitrox divers and above (St Dunstan will be a Nitrox dive).
