What is it??
Balintawak B3 is a modern Filipino martial art developed by Coach Richard Cotterill, blending weapon-based and empty-hand techniques. It’s practical, fast, and built for real-world combat.
What will I learn??
Foundation course - you will learn the 12 angles of attack and the 12 angles of defence. The system then expands into combinations, counters, disarms, locks, and chokes.
How much is it??
