Thursday Social Run

Social run with groups to suit all abilities.
We pride ourselves on our ‘loop back’ technique so no one is ever left behind and those who want to stretch themselves further get to add on a few extra miles.

There is always the option of post run refreshments at the bar after so don’t forget some cash or your bank card.

If you haven’t been to one of our runs before don’t be shy we are a very welcoming group.
