This beginner's Hatha yoga class will focus on back bends, such as Sphinx Pose, that are considered energising because they open up your chest and heart space, stimulating your nervous system and increasing your lung capacity.
This class may help you if you suffer with lower back stiffness or back pain, or if you spend a long time sitting in front of a computer or driving.
