Weekly group run session supported by myself as a qualified physiotherapist.
This will follow a 2 runs per week schedule, instead of the usual 3, aimed to allow appropriate recovery.
For those wanting additional support, there is another volunteer available for an early morning session.
Arrival for 6:45, aim for top right corner of the car park, by the clothes recycling, so it’s easier to find everyone. Heading out for 7pm
The aim here is to try and make this as accessible as possible for you, so let’s have a chat about what you need and let’s make it happen
